Salesforce has announced its AI products, but let’s face it, privacy concerns are keeping most organizations away from adopting AI. During the Salesforce AI Day, CEO Marc Benioff shared that ‘59% of the customers do not trust companies with the data’.

Trust is the No. 1 value for Salesforce, and they are holding it in high regard. Salesforce AI Cloud is built on the Einstein GPT Trust Layer. This layer prevents large-language models (LLMs) from retaining sensitive customer data. It enables secure data retrieval, dynamic grounding, data masking, and zero retention.
Simply put, none of your private or sensitive data goes out of your organization.

- Sales GP - July 2023
- Marketing GPT - February 2024
- Commerce GPT - July 2023
- Apex GPT will be in pilot in June 2023.
- Flow GPT will be in pilot in October 2023.
- Slack GPT is in beta, and will be generally available later this year.
- Tableau GPT will be in pilot in November 2023.
